I was unable to attend the meeting yesterday and President Burnette kindly shared the following notes for all our benefit.
Thanks Prez
We did have 15 there and started making plans for the tours this summer, 3 in July and 4 in August on Thursdays from 1 to 5;00.
We have a tour for the Skunk Wagon Club on June 13th and will provide them with a sack lunch, and then might open that one up to the public around 4::00 that day.
The Whoop-Up Trail will be 150 years old this year and will have some brochures or posters at our tours too.

Also had lots of Ideas about what still needs to be done to finish the Commanding Officers Bldg. and then go on to the Duplex to finish off that place.
We will have Allen Rollo at the next board meeting to help us decide how to format our requests for funding for our future projects.

We might have a new mason to finish the Memory Tower for us, as soon as we sell 19 more bricks.
Of course as soon as it is warm enough, we can wash it and get it painted also. We do have the paint that was donated by Sherman Williams.
.
I also read off all the donations of money and antiques that have been donated since the last meeting.

Also had several hand-outs so the members can be more informed about what the heck we are doing .

We also had a new volunteer with the Lions Club, that will help us with whatever we need done.

I showed the pictures of the Boy Scout that earned his Eagle Badge working for us.
John Turner was there ans showed us some new military hats that he had just received and explained them to us. So that was nice.

Our two guys that are restoring the Fort gave a good report on the progress they are making.
Guess that about it
. Now bet you sorry you asked???
